Returns

Meep! Let’s keep your cat happy! If for some reason your furry friend doesn’t love their box within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund. We’ll email you a shipping label, you mail your item back and we’ll refund your original payment method, including your original shipping cost. Returns and refunds limited to three cat houses per order. All items in a discount or Mix & Match bundle must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund. Individual items within a discounted bundle are not eligible for refunds. We are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for orders outside the United States.

How to Initiate a Return

• Use the Contact Us link below to initiate your return.
• Include your order number and the items you wish to return in the Contact Us form.
• We’ll email you within two business days a prepaid shipping label.
• Mail the items back in their original packaging with your receipt using the shipping label provided.

 Return Instructions

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returns must include your receipt. You can print your receipt by logging into your account.
• Cat play wands are not eligible for returns
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
