Your cat won't wait long for their new box! All orders ship out of our warehouse in Pennsylvania and most orders received before noon ship the same day via UPS ground. That means your new cat house should arrive within just a few days of your order.  

Luckily, we get very few returns! But if your cat doesn't love their new Cardboard Cat House you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just reach out to us and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. When we receive your item back we'll refund your order, minus an $8 return handling charge.
